Overview
Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh has been associated with the firm since 1998. He is an advocate of the Sindh High Court.
He has also worked as an Assistant Registrar of Trade Marks in Trade Marks Registry, Assistant Controller in the Department of Controller of Insurance and Deputy Director at Export Promotion Bureau. He has wide experience in Agriculture, Insurance, Export oriented queries, Commercial ventures and Federal laws.
He has good knowledge and command on the law in respect of Trade Mark and is well versed with the workings and operations of the Trade Marks Registry. His practice places huge emphasis in the areas of Trade Mark, copyrights and design. He also represents clients in the district and high courts covering matters involving patent and Trade Mark litigation.
