Overview

Qamar Uddin is an advocate of the Sindh High Court. He has been with the firm since 1989.


He advises clients on Rental, Family and Commercial matters and handles litigation on their behalf. He focuses his practice on Trade Mark prosecution, counseling, enforcement and licensing, as well as providing Trade Mark litigation support and has been instrumental in dealing with complex IP matters before the IP offices and courts. He has represented and counseled clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters.


He has served as a member of Trade Marks and Copyright committees of Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA).
