Overview

Hadia Atiq is an advocate enrolled in the subordinate courts in Pakistan and is associated with the firm since 2022.

After graduating from University of London with a LLB (hons) degree in 2021, she has interned in leading firms in Pakistan; assisting in research related tasks related to Taxation, Constitutional law and Property.

Since joining the firm her practice revolves mostly on Trademark and Copyright Prosecution and litigation and has provided legal opinions in relation to Intellectual property related matters to both international and national clients.

She has vastly contributed and continues to assist the firm in its research related tasks in relation to intellectual property including IP protection in Metaverse, civil and commercial matters.
