Hadia Atiq is an enrolled advocate in Pakistan and has been associated with the firm since 2022. She holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London (2021) and has previously interned with leading law firms in Pakistan, where she assisted in matters relating to taxation, constitutional, and property law.

Her current practice primarily focuses on Intellectual Property (IP) law, with particular emphasis on trademark and copyright. She has provided legal opinions on filings under the Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks and has extensive experience advising on and drafting matters related to trademark and copyright rights. This includes handling oppositions, litigation and enforcement queries, Madrid filings, and critical IP issues, as well as negotiating and drafting settlement agreements between parties in contentious matters.

Beyond Intellectual Property, Ms. Atiq advises clients on a wide range of civil, commercial and cooperate matters, including Rent disputes, Non for profit and contractual conflicts. She plays an active role in the firm’s research and policy development initiatives, particularly in emerging areas such as IP protection in the Metaverse, AI-generated content, data rights, and evolving legal frameworks related to new technologies.
