Requirements for filing Trade/Service Mark applications;
Full name, nationality, trading style (if any), profession and full business address of the applicant.
List of goods/services in respect of which registration is sought for. Separate applications will have to be filed for goods/services falling in different classes. Multi-class application can not be filed.
Transliteration and translation of non-English words appearing on the mark.
In case of device/label marks, 12 prints thereof.
First date of use of the mark in Pakistan, if used.
Power of Attorney duly signed by the applicant at two places indicated thereon before a Notary Public.
Note:
Pakistan follows International Classification of Goods and Services and is a
members of Paris Convention.

Requirements for filing Copyright applications;
Full name, nationality, profession and full business address of the applicant.
Power of Attorney.
Name, business address and complete residential address of the author of the work.
Year of creation of the work.
Year from which the work was published/used (in Pakistan and around the world).
Affidavit from the author, if the applicant is a party other than the author and the work has been assigned to the applicant.
In case of a logo or artwork, copies of the logo/artwork should be on a card on the back thereof following details may be typed and signed by the author, on front as well as on the back (4 sets).
Name, address, N.I.C No and signature of the author.
Name of the Applicant.
Year of creation.

Required documents for Patent Applications;
Three copies of specification and claims in English on pages size 8-1/4” x 11-3/4” (International A-4 size).
Three copies of drawing(s), if any; one copy on stout white paper and the two other copies on ordinary white paper. All sheets of International A-4 size.
Application form and endorsement on the reverse by the inventor(s) in presence of two witnesses if the inventor(s) himself/themselves is/are not the applicant(s) in Pakistan. In alternate Assignment document can also be provided if the inventor’s signature on the said form is not possible.
Power of Authority signed by applicant(s). No notarization and legalization is necessary.
Priority documents can be filed either at the time of filing of the
application or can be filed within three months from the date of
filing of application with late fee. If priority document is other
than English language, English translation of the same along with
affidavit from the translator verified/attested by Notary Public is
required for submission in the Patent Office.

Required documents for Design Applications;
For filing design application in Pakistan we require following
information/documents:
Full Name, nationality and complete business address of the applicant
Representations of the design (6 copies of each view)
Power of Authority
Priority document( if claiming)
All documents should be on A4 International size.
Note: Priority can be claimed for corresponding application filed in
WTO member countries, by filing application in Pakistan within six
months from the date of first foreign application and this Priority
document can be filed either at the time of filing of the application
or within three months from the date of filing of application with
late fee.
