MOHAMMAD FAZIL BHARUCHA holds degrees of Bachelor of Sciences in Electrical Engineering from U.S.A., and Bachelor of Laws. He joined the firm in the year 1986. He is a Patent Agent as well as a Registered Trade Marks Agent. He is also a member of AIPPI, ITMA, CIPA and APAA and Eta Kappa Nu-Electrical Engineering Honors Society.

MOHAMMAD OSMAN BHATTI holds degrees of Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), Bachelor of Sciences and Bachelor of Laws. Before joining the firm, he served as Deputy Registrar of Trade Marks at the Pakistan Trade Marks Registry for some time and thereafter he joined the Pakistan Patent Office as an Examiner and later on became the Controller of Patents and Designs from which post he retired. After retirement he joined the firm as a Counsel.

IMTIAZ AHMED SHEIKH holds degrees of Bachelor of Sciences (Honours) in Agriculture and Bachelor of Laws. He has been an Examiner of Trade Marks from 1976-1989. Thereafter, he was promoted and posted as Assistant Controller in the Department of Controller of Insurance, Government of Pakistan. In 1990 he was transferred to Export Promotion Bureau, Government of Pakistan as an Assistant Director and then in the year 1994 he was again transferred to the Pakistan Trade Marks Registry, as an Assistant Registrar of Trade Marks in which post he continued until 1996, then he was promoted as Deputy Director, to Export Promotion Bureau, from where he took an early retirement in 1998 and joined the firm immediately thereafter. He is an enrolled advocate of the High Court and a member of the Karachi District Bar Association.

ADAM IBRAHIM PATEL holds degrees of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics and Bachelor of Laws. He is an advocate and was previously working as Assistant Vice President, Law Department in a local bank from where he retired in 1986 and thereafter, he joined the firm in the year 1987. He is an enrolled advocate of the Karachi District Court and also a member of Karachi District Bar Association. He is also a member of APAA.

ABDUL AZIZ holds degrees of Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Laws. He is with the firm since 1964. He is an advocate, also a member of Karachi District Bar Association and a member of APAA.

ABDUL REHMAN USMAN DESHMUKH was working in the Pakistan Trade Marks Registry and he joined the firm in the year 1952 as a Registered Trade Marks Agent. During his long tenure he has been dealing with all kinds of cases for trade marks in the firm. Since his retirement he has become a Counsel of the firm. He is also a member of APAA.

QAMARUDDIN KHAN holds degrees of Master of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Laws. He is a member of the Karachi District Bar Association and an enrolled advocate of the High Court and is also a member of APAA.

FARZANA RUSTOM holds degree of Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws. She is an advocate and she is working with the firm since 2001. She is an enrolled advocate of High Court and also a member of Karachi District Bar Association. She deals in Trade Marks Department.

ASMA BHARUCHA holds degree of Bachelor of Sciences in Microbiology. She is a Patent Agent as well as a Registered Trade Marks Agent.

GHULAM HUSSAIN PATEL holds degree of Bachelor of Commerce and joined the firm as Office Manager in 1987.
